If you are involved in any of these or other horticultural specialty fields, then membership in the Columbus Landscape Association may be right for you! Membership brings many benefits:
- Potential participation in the Central Ohio Home & Garden Show and annual Garden Tour
- Educational opportunities, such as CLA-sponsored seminars and educational speakers at CLA meetings.
- Six meetings are held each year, on the second Tuesday in January, February, June, September, October and November. These are typically dinner meetings held at a local restaurant or at a member’s place of business. Most meetings feature an educational guest speaker. The best part of every meeting is the opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, new ideas and solutions to common problems with fellow professionals.
- Each member receives the CLA’s monthly newsletter, CLA NewScapes Express, which contains association and industry information.
- Each year a CLA Membership Directory is compiled and given to each member to help keep them in touch with one another.
- Opportunities to participate in one or more of the association committees.
- Opportunities to become involved in community activities, including support of the Chadwick Arboretum, influence on municipal water policy, education of the public on planting and watering techniques, promotion of local landscaping laws, and participation in Arbor Day activities, among others.

Apply for membership with the CLA today! Simply download an application or call our office to request one. Annual dues are $175 for the first member per firm, and just $80 for each additional member. Student membership is also available. Submit the application, along with your payment, via mail, email or fax. Your application will be reviewed by the CLA Board of Trustees and you will be notified of your application status.
